Dear Studholme patients
At times the surgery may contact you, to ask you to provide blood pressure readings, an updated weight, complete a medication review, provide us information, or book in for a blood test etc. These requests are integral, as part of your health or medication monitoring. Each time a request is not responded to, it costs us valuable NHS resources. Staff members have to manually re-request this information from all non responding patients. Please take the time to respond to these important requests, or get in touch if you need further help to do so. By responding swiftly, you are freeing up our team to help more patients every day.
